Glow Horde Support

Glow Horde is a one-thumb zombie survival game set in a neon-lit city. Steer with one finger while your weapons fire on their own, pick a new skill every level up, survive the horde, then spend what you bring home building up your survivor camp.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone only. Glow Horde has no account and no cloud save. If you delete the app or move to a new phone, your camp does not come with you. Purchases are different: tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Shop, signed in to the same Apple Account, to get back heroes, skins, the Skip-Ad Pass, the Second Builder and the Survivor Card.

I ran out of energy. What can I do?

A chapter run costs 5 energy. Energy refills by itself, one point every 12 minutes, up to 30. You can also watch an optional reward video for 10 energy (up to three a day) or spend gems. The Daily Trial is free.

What are the reward videos?

They are the only ads in the game, and you always choose to watch them: to double a run's coins, refill energy, reroll a level-up card, or open the daily free crate. Each one has a limit per day or per run. There are no banner ads and no pop-up ads. The Skip-Ad Pass gives you every video reward without the video, with the same limits.

What are the odds in the Supply Crate?

Every pull gives one random gear piece: Common 55%, Good 28%, Rare 12%, Epic 4.5%, Legendary 0.5%. An Epic or better is guaranteed at least once in every 30 pulls, and the crate shows how many pulls are left until then. The odds are also printed on the crate in the Shop.

How do the Daily Trial and Boss Rush work?

The Daily Trial is one free try a day on the same street for everyone, and it resets at midnight UTC. Boss Rush sends every boss at you, one after another, and your best result of the week counts. It resets on Monday at midnight UTC. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores go on the leaderboards.

What is the Survivor Card?

An optional monthly subscription. While it is active you get 100 gems and 20 energy a day, one free level-up card reroll every run, one free 1 hour camp speed-up a day, and a gold name frame. It renews each month until you cancel.

How do I cancel the Survivor Card?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Glow Horde. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I bought something and did not receive it.

Open the Shop and tap Restore Purchases first. If it is still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and the order number from Apple's receipt. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is refunded, the item it unlocked is removed from the game.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Everything the game saves lives on your phone and goes with it. See the Privacy Policy for the small amount of data handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat and our time server, and how to ask us about it.
