Agreement

These terms govern your use of Dead Zone, published by Sean Lynch. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable licensed-application terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

License

Subject to these terms, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for private entertainment on devices you own or control as permitted by Apple’s rules. The Game and its code, art, audio, names, and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it; bypass security; manipulate scores or saves to disrupt services; distribute modified copies; or use the Game unlawfully.

Advertising and future purchases

The Game may display clearly identified advertisements supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the described in-game benefit only after completion. Interstitial ads are limited to natural gameplay breaks. Availability is not guaranteed. The Game does not expose in-app purchases in version 1.0. Any later digital purchases will use Apple’s purchase system and be described before purchase.

Availability and updates

We may update, balance, repair, add to, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Version 1.0’s gameplay is designed to work offline.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

Your license ends if you materially violate these terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Non-sensitive questions may be submitted through the public Dead Zone support form. Do not post personal or confidential information.
