ASHFALL SQUAD

Ashfall Squad Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This policy explains how Sean Lynch ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Ashfall Squad (the "Game").

1. Summary

2. Information stored on your device

Your progress and settings, including sectors cleared, heroes, gear, gold, gems, keys, missions, events, the battle pass, and your sound, music and vibration choices, are stored in the Game's storage on your device. We cannot see them. They stay until you delete the Game or reset the device. Because we do not receive the save, we cannot restore it if it is lost.

The Game also keeps a small record on the device of which purchases it has already applied, so that a purchase is never granted twice.

3. Advertising

The Game uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for a bonus, and occasional short ads between runs (never in your first runs, never after you have made a purchase, and never with the Ad-Free Card). The Game always requests non-personalized ads and never asks for permission to track you, so your advertising identifier is not used to target ads. To serve, measure and secure ads, Google may still process your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, information about how you interact with ads, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information, for purposes such as frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregate reporting.

In regions where the law requires it (such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your consent before ads are requested, and Settings shows a Privacy choices button that lets you change that choice. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional.

4. Purchases

PurposeDataProvider
Taking payment for in-app purchasesHandled entirely by Apple. We never see your card or billing details.Apple App Store
Checking purchases, delivering what you bought, and restoring one-time purchases (such as heroes, the Ad-Free Card and the Lifetime Card)Store transaction identifiers, purchase receipts, the App Store country, and a randomly generated app-install identifier. Not linked to your name or email, and not used for tracking.RevenueCat

RevenueCat does not receive your save. Its privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy. Purchase records are kept by Apple and RevenueCat as needed for tax, accounting and disputes. The App Store country is used only to follow local rules about random rewards.

5. Device features

The Game uses sound, music and haptic feedback on your device. It does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location or Bluetooth, and it does not send notifications.

6. Data retention and deletion

7. Children

The Game is a general audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port personal information and to object to certain processing. Because your save is stored only on your device, you can view and delete it there. For data held by Google, Apple or RevenueCat, use their own privacy tools or email us and we will pass on or act on the request within the time your law requires. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. Security

Your save is protected by your device's security and the iOS app sandbox. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

We will update this policy when the Game or its providers change, and revise the date above. If the Game ever starts sending your save or any personal information off your device, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
