Ashfall Squad Support

Ashfall Squad is a zombie survival game. Lead a squad of three heroes through five-minute runs: they fire on their own, you move them, pick one of three upgrade cards at every level, and swap the lead hero mid-fight. There is no account, and your progress is saved on your phone.

Common questions

How does a run work?

Tap Battle to start a sector. Drag anywhere to move; your squad shoots on its own. Every level-up offers three cards and you keep one. Survive the waves and beat the boss to clear the sector. Tap Swap to change which hero leads. Gold and keys you collect are yours even if you lose.

My game is gone or I got a new phone.

Progress is stored only on the phone it was made on. There is no cloud save and no account, so it does not move to a new phone and we cannot restore it. Deleting the app deletes the save.

I bought something and it did not arrive.

Give it a minute, then open Settings (the gear at the top right) and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account. Heroes, the Ad-Free Card, the Lifetime Card, the battle pass and the Growth Fund are one-time purchases and can be restored. Gems, packs, kits and offers are consumable items that arrive when you pay, so they cannot be restored later. If a payment went through and nothing was added, email us the date and the Apple receipt and we will sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does the Ad-Free Card do?

It removes the short ads between runs, pays every rewarded-ad bonus instantly without watching the ad, and adds 30 gems every day. It is restored with Restore purchases.

Do I have to watch ads?

No. Rewarded ads only play when you tap a button to watch one for a bonus. After the first few sectors a short ad can appear between runs, never during a fight, and never once you have made any purchase.

What are the chest odds?

Every chest shows its exact drop rates before you open it: tap Odds on the chest. Gear bought in an offer or pack is never random: it is a guaranteed rarity in the slot your squad needs most.

How do I change my ad privacy choices?

If you are in a region where a consent choice applies (such as the EEA or UK), Settings shows a Privacy choices button. The Game never personalizes ads and never tracks you across other apps.

The game is slow or a screen looks wrong.

Close the app fully and reopen it. If it keeps happening, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
