Ashen Keep Support

Ashen Keep is an idle survival stronghold game. You are the last Keeper of a fortress in a world buried under volcanic ash. Post survivors to the gate, merge relics, raise the Keep, hold the gate every night, and come back to find your crews have been working while you were away.

Common questions

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone only. Ashen Keep has no account and no cloud save. If you delete the app or move to a new phone, your keep does not come with you. Purchases are different: use Restore Purchases (Menu, or the bottom of the Shop tab) signed in to the same Apple Account to get back Remove Ads, the 2nd Forge Crew, the Growth Fund, and your other one-time purchases.

I ran out of Stamina. What can I do?

Stamina refills by itself, one point every three minutes, up to your maximum. You can also watch an optional reward video (up to five a day), spend Embers, or buy a Stamina Pack. Every Keep upgrade grants 15 Stamina.

What are the reward videos?

They are always optional and always capped per day. They appear where they help: out of Stamina, after a breached gate, on the stores, and on a running build. You never have to watch one to progress. Remove Ads removes banner ads and pop-up ads for good, and reward videos stay available as an option.

What are the odds at the Beacon?

Tap See the odds on the Beacon card in the Crew tab. Every call draws one survivor: Common 58%, Rare 32%, Epic 8.5%, Legendary 1.5%. An Epic or better is guaranteed at least once in every 10 calls, and a Legendary at least once in every 60. A survivor you already have sends Sigils instead. One call a day is free.

The gate keeps falling. How do I get stronger?

Train your squad in the Crew tab, merge relics in the Forge, raise the Barracks, spend research in the Lore tab, and post a Tank, a Striker and a Support together for a 10% bonus. From Night 20 each boss punishes one missing squad shape, and the night card tells you which. Each time the gate falls to the same night your crews learn from it and fight 3% harder next time, up to five losses.

Why did I not get a reminder?

Reminders are optional. The game asks once, after the Keep reaches level 3. They are sent by your phone with no server involved, at most three at a time and never between 9 at night and 9 in the morning. You can change this any time in iOS Settings, Notifications, Ashen Keep.

I bought something and did not receive it.

Open Menu and tap Restore Purchases first. If it is still missing, email us with the date of the purchase and the order number from Apple's receipt. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I cancel the Monthly Card or a weekly deal?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ashen Keep. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I delete my data?
