You get four a day, spent on conversations, workouts and meetings from the Team tab. They refresh at the next in‑game day — advancing the calendar faster doesn't grant extra.

Hardwood GM has no accounts and no server — your career lives entirely on your device. Most questions are answered below or in‑app, on the Front Office → Handbook screen.
Quick help
Talking to players
Tap a player on the Team tab, then Talk. Read his personality first — the right tone depends on it, and the wrong one can cost you trust.
Trades
The Trades tab prices talent, age, and contract value automatically. If a two‑team deal is refused, look for the "Bring in a third team" option before giving up on it.
Saving your career
Progress saves automatically to your device as you play — there's no manual save button and nothing to lose by closing the app mid‑season.
Rewarded ads & tokens
Every advert in Hardwood GM is optional. Tap Watch an ad on the Rewards sheet to earn a token — used to spend on a Rewind, extra Action Points, Deep Scout, and similar perks — or skip ads entirely and earn tokens for free every third day. Nothing is ever shown to you without asking first, and declining an ad never costs you anything already earned.
Front Office Pass
A one‑time purchase that permanently unlocks every start scenario beyond the standard career. It doesn't remove ads or change the token economy.
Restoring it
The pass is tied to your App Store account, not your device. After reinstalling or moving to a new phone, open Rewards → Restore purchases and it comes back automatically — no need to buy it twice.
Troubleshooting
My career disappeared
Career saves are stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app, clearing its storage, or switching devices without a backup will remove it. Purchases restore independently of your save — see Front Office Pass above.
An ad won't load
This needs a working connection. If none loads after a few tries, the free token drip (every third day) and every other part of the game still work without watching one.
I bought the pass but scenarios are still locked
Open Rewards → Restore purchases — this re-checks your App Store account for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, contact support below with your device model and iOS version.
The app looks wrong or crashed
Force-close and reopen the app. Your career is saved automatically, so this doesn't lose progress. If it keeps happening, contact support with the season and day number shown on the Office screen, and what you were doing right before it happened.
